Submitting a Request

To submit a privacy request, contact:

Email: johnny@303slabs.com
Subject line: Privacy Request

Please include:

  • Your name.

  • The right you wish to exercise.

  • Enough information for us to identify relevant records.

Where applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal the denial of a privacy request by replying to our decision or contacting us with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.”

11. Universal Opt-Out Signals

Where legally required and technically supported, we will process recognized browser-based universal opt-out signals concerning targeted advertising or the sale of personal information.

A universal opt-out signal generally applies to the browser or device from which it is sent. You may still need to make a separate request for other privacy rights or for other devices and browsers.

12. Children’s Privacy

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the website, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Individuals under 18 should use the website only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Terms of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective date: July 7, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the 303 Slabs website, including any purchases made through the website. Throughout these Terms, “303 Slabs,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the 303 Slabs website. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or user of the website.

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our posted shipping, return, and final-sale policies.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase through this website.

By submitting an order, you represent that:

  • The information you provide is complete and accurate.

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • Your purchase complies with applicable laws.

  • You are not using the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

2. Products and Collectibles

303 Slabs sells collectible sports cards and related collectible items. Inventory may include unique, scarce, serial-numbered, autographed, memorabilia, patch, rookie, parallel, short-print, one-of-one, and professionally graded cards.

Because many products are unique or limited in quantity, availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate titles, descriptions, photographs, certification numbers, serial numbers, grades, and other product information. Photographs form an important part of each listing. Colors, surface details, holder condition, and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and device type.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer is purchasing the specific card or collectible shown in the product photographs.

3. Third-Party Grading and Authentication

Graded cards are authenticated, evaluated, encapsulated, and assigned a grade by an independent third-party grading company.

The assigned grade represents the grading company’s professional opinion at the time the card was evaluated. Grading is subjective, and grading standards may vary between companies or change over time.

303 Slabs:

  • Does not assign the grade shown on a third-party holder.

  • Does not guarantee that another grading company would assign the same grade.

  • Does not guarantee that the same company would assign the same grade if the card were reviewed, reholdered, cracked, or resubmitted.

  • Does not guarantee that population reports will remain unchanged.

  • Is not affiliated with or endorsed by a grading company unless expressly stated.

  • Is not responsible for a grading company’s procedures, opinions, errors, certification database, labels, holders, or future business decisions.

Customers must review the assigned grade, grading-company label, certification number, listing description, and all available photographs before purchasing.

A high numerical grade does not guarantee that a card, autograph, patch, label, or holder will be free from every visible imperfection. Minor scratches, scuffs, debris, marks, manufacturing characteristics, or other imperfections may be present on or inside a graded holder.

4. Autographs, Patches, and Memorabilia

Any autograph, patch, memorabilia, player-worn, game-used, event-worn, or similar designation is based on the information printed on the card, provided by the manufacturer, displayed by the applicable grading company, or otherwise contained in the original product documentation.

303 Slabs does not independently verify the origin or use of memorabilia unless expressly stated in the listing.

Terms such as “NFL Shield,” “logo patch,” “laundry tag,” “Nike Swoosh,” “rookie patch autograph,” “game-worn,” or similar terminology are used based on the card’s physical characteristics, manufacturer designation, checklist information, or generally recognized hobby terminology. Customers should review the card, photographs, and manufacturer language before purchasing.

5. Prices and Market Value

Collectible prices may change rapidly due to player performance, injuries, trades, team performance, product releases, grading populations, market demand, auction results, economic conditions, and other factors.

The purchase price reflects the specific item and market conditions at the time of sale. We do not guarantee:

  • Future value or appreciation.

  • Resale value.

  • Investment performance.

  • Liquidity or the ability to resell an item.

  • Future population reports.

  • Player performance or career outcomes.

  • The accuracy or continued relevance of third-party price guides or comparable sales.

Nothing on the website constitutes financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

  • An item is no longer available.

  • Product or pricing information contains an error.

  • Payment cannot be verified.

  • An order appears fraudulent or unusually high-risk.

  • Shipping information is incomplete or inconsistent.

  • A customer violates these Terms.

  • Fulfilling the order would violate applicable law or a service-provider requirement.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

For high-value transactions, we may request identity verification, payment verification, address verification, signature confirmation, or additional documentation before shipment.

7. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Available payment methods may change without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total amount displayed at checkout, including the product price, shipping charges, taxes, insurance, and other disclosed charges.

We generally do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor under its own terms and privacy practices.

Unauthorized payment disputes, fraudulent chargebacks, or false claims may be contested using order records, communications, listing photographs, shipment documentation, delivery confirmation, signature records, insurance documentation, device information, and other available evidence.

8. Taxes

Applicable sales tax may be calculated and collected during checkout based on the shipping destination, transaction details, and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or similar charges that are not collected during checkout.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided and approved during checkout. Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the shipping address before submitting an order.

Depending on the value and destination of an order, shipping may include:

  • Tracking.

  • Insurance.

  • Adult or direct signature confirmation.

  • Restricted delivery.

  • Identity verification.

  • Other loss-prevention measures.

Risk of loss remains subject to applicable law, carrier rules, payment-provider requirements, and any purchased shipping insurance.

A carrier’s tracking record, delivery scan, signature record, photograph, or other delivery confirmation may be used as evidence that an order was delivered.

Customers must not authorize delivery to an unsafe or unattended location for a package requiring a signature. We are not responsible for loss or theft occurring after properly documented delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Any damage, shortage, suspected tampering, or delivery problem must be reported promptly. Customers should preserve all original packaging, labels, shipping materials, photographs, and documentation until the issue has been resolved.

10. Final-Sale Policy

Due to the unique, collectible, scarce, and market-sensitive nature of our inventory, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations based on:

  • Buyer’s remorse.

  • Changes in market value.

  • Player performance.

  • Changes in grading populations.

  • Disagreement with a third-party grade.

  • A belief that a card might receive a different grade upon resubmission.

  • Minor holder or label imperfections visible in the photographs.

  • Failure to review the listing, photographs, certification number, serial number, grade, or description.

  • A customer finding the same or a similar item at a different price.

This policy does not eliminate any non-waivable rights that may apply when an incorrect item is delivered, an item is materially different from its listing, or an order is damaged during shipment.

Shipping-related claims must be reported within 48 hours after documented delivery whenever reasonably possible. Reports should include clear photographs of the card, holder, shipping box, interior packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

Do not discard packaging or return an item without written instructions from 303 Slabs.

11. Cancellations

Orders cannot ordinarily be canceled after they are submitted. We may voluntarily approve a cancellation before shipment, but are not obligated to do so.

An approved cancellation may be reduced by any nonrefundable transaction, processing, insurance, or other costs where permitted by law and clearly disclosed.

12. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been used without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts reasonably associated with fraud, abusive behavior, false claims, payment disputes, scraping, security threats, or violations of these Terms.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website to:

  • Violate any law or regulation.

  • Commit fraud or impersonate another person.

  • Submit false payment, shipping, or identity information.

  • Interfere with website security or operation.

  • Introduce malicious code.

  • Scrape, copy, harvest, or systematically collect website content without permission.

  • Use product photographs, descriptions, branding, or other content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

  • Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to an account, system, or network.

  • Make knowingly false claims concerning an order or delivery.

14. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content—including branding, logos, text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, layout, and design—are owned by or licensed to 303 Slabs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the website for personal, noncommercial use. No content may be copied, republished, sold, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Product names, team names, player names, league marks, manufacturer marks, grading-company marks, and other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Squarespace, payment processors, shipping carriers, grading-company certification databases, social-media platforms, and analytics providers.

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, security, or conduct of third-party services. Use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Except for any express representations contained in a product listing, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, uninterrupted operation, and accuracy to the extent such warranties may legally be disclaimed.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 303 Slabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost resale opportunities, loss of anticipated appreciation, or loss resulting from market changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount the customer paid to 303 Slabs for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 303 Slabs and its owner, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, or fraudulent conduct.

19. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms or the website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Colorado.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections or forums that cannot legally be waived.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or required by law. Continued use of the website after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Terms in effect when an order is submitted will generally govern that transaction.

21. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

22. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, final-sale policy, shipping policy, and other policies displayed during checkout, constitute the agreement between you and 303 Slabs regarding use of the website and purchases made through it.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the unique, collectible, and market-sensitive nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

All graded cards are authenticated, evaluated, and assigned a grade by an independent third-party grading company. The grade reflects that company’s professional opinion at the time the card was evaluated. 303 Slabs does not assign, guarantee, or independently verify the grade, and we cannot guarantee that another grading company—or the same company upon resubmission—would assign the same grade.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all listing photographs, descriptions, certification numbers, assigned grades, card condition, and slab condition before completing a purchase. Minor imperfections in the card, holder, label, or protective case may be present even when a card has received a high grade. Any visible condition concerns will be shown or described to the best of our ability.

The purchase price reflects the specific card, assigned grade, market conditions, rarity, and other collectible characteristics at the time of sale. Future market value, resale value, player performance, population reports, and grading-company standards are not guaranteed.

This policy does not limit any rights that may apply if an incorrect item is delivered, the item is materially different from the listing, or the shipment arrives damaged. Any shipping-related issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographs of the item, slab, packaging, and shipping label.
